ClASS OfferING

  • Our foundation class | 60 minutes | All levels

    Build practical strength, skills and confidence through coached movement practice. Each session focuses on either the upper body, the lower body or the whole body. Come 2-3 times per week to enjoy consistent progress.

    Suitable for adults seeking a well-rounded strength and mobility practice, in a playful, structured and supportive environment.


  • Recovery & range | 60 minutes | All levels

    Improve the quality of your flexibility, joint health, and nervous system regulation through calm, deep stretching in combination with active strength work across your full range of motion, helping you move more freely.

    Suitable for adults seeking flexibility, recovery days, desk workers, or anyone who feels tight or restricted.

  • As we expand and develop, we're launching Handstands and Longevity classes, as well as 10-week skill courses.

    In the meantime, prepare with our Essentials and Mobility classes — they’re ideal foundations.
